It is obvious that any enemy of Iran would then just conduct an attack on the US (or it's allies), and make sure that the 'credit' is given to Iran. There are way to many holes in this plan. You've got to remember that the people in Iraq would see themselves as Iraqis, whatever their religion. I'm afraid that given all the mistakes made in the past, the US (and it's allies) are stuck in Iraq for a long time. It's hard work putting a country back together - especially when you are starting from scratch on Policing, Health, and Education. I don’t think it is quite that simple - especially step 6.

It would have been our first child but for whatever reason that only the Lord knows, he/she never came to surface. We are grateful knowing that ours also was lost only after knowing of the pregnancy for a few weeks.
